People Analytics Manager – VISA
Visa is hiring for the position of People Analytics Manager and this is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week.
Some of your responsibilities will include;
– Responsible for working with key stakeholders and leaders in the European HR team and the business to implement and continuously improve MI and dashboards
– Accountable for designing and implementing processes for collating and analysing people data from internal and external sources and designing reports, analyses and dashboards that enable strategic and operational decision-making in both HR and the business
– Update and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and reports
-Make proactive suggestions to the wider business and HRBPs for HR initiatives based on data analysis
