Zalando is looking to hire a Senior Backend Software Engineer that would Join their Logistics “Core Abilities” Engineering team and help with delivering a high-performance, stable, auto-scaling software system that will have a direct impact on our customers’ happiness.

You are an ideal candidate IF…

-You have experience with JVM-based languages like Java and Kotlin. Knowledge of the Spring Boot is a plus.

-Typescript experience is considered as a big plus.

-You are experienced in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications

-You have hands-on experience with microservices and cloud architectures.

-As we are working with infrastructure based on Kubernetes, having some experience of utilizing the tools is a bonus.

-You are knowledgeable in architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance, and testing methods.

-You have experience in data structures, SQL and NoSQL is considered as a plus.
