As part of the ongoing efforts at Zalando to promote diversity and inclusion, and increase the number of women in tech, Zalando is launching the GroWIT (Growing Women in Tech) initiative for interns and working students that helps women launch a career in tech.

GroWIT offers a series of software engineering internships specifically to people who identify as women and look to jump-start their career in tech. For women at the beginning of their career, this initiative offers a great opportunity to grow within a strong tech team, forge meaningful professional connections, and gather invaluable first experiences in tech within an environment that supports learning and growth.

The internship roles are based in Berlin and Dortmund.
