London Fashion Week: The Looks we love

We have been closely following London Fashion Week SS16  and have picked some looks that have caught our eye:

All about the brows

Of course Alexa Chung was going to look flawless. This London Fashion Week she keeps things simple with nude lips and a soft complexion. She has used an illumining foundation to keep her skin looking hydrated and bright. The focus of her make up is around her eyes with bold, dark and full eyebrows neatly framing her face. She has long flirty eye lashes and a soft charcoal eye shadow. This look is perfect for the office.

Bold lips

A strong lip colour is a must at this year’s London Fashion Week. Model Malaika Firth led the Top Shop catwalk on Sunday looking stunning. She had full eyebrows, subtle eye make and flawless skin. It was her deep red lipstick which had everyone mesmerised as she casually walked down the catwalk. Red lips signify boldness, independence and confidence.

Smoky eyes

Lucy Watson created the perfect smoky eye look for Cosmopolitan’s #fashfest at lfw. A thick khol eye line is used under the eye and a liquid eyeliner is used to create a thick perfect line across the top of her lid. The use of both types of eye liner creates a dramatic and defined look. Her eye shadow covers the full lid and reaches to her brow bone, getting darker in the crease of her eye. This look will definitely help you stand out on a Saturday night.
