    The winter workouts you need to do

    The nights are getting darker, the weather’s getting colder and we’re all about to head into hibernation until Christmas (or is that just us?!) so going to the gym starts to feel like a chore. But who says you can only exercise at the gym? Not us! We got PT Julia Buckley to show us her best home workouts for this time of year, including our favourite – the Christmas workout. And the best bit? You don’t need to buy any special equipment (aside from maybe a pumpkin and a Santa hat!)…
